About shipping & local pickup

We currently ship with UPS, WE NO LONGER SHIP WITH USPS unless you are in the state of Colorado.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO USE FEDEX YOU WILL NEED TO PLACE YOUR ORDER AND SELECT LOCAL PICKUP AS AN OPTION AND ADD A NOTE THAT YOU WANT TO USE FEDEX.  WE WILL  THEN REACH OUT TO YOU WITH THE PRICING AND INFVOICE YOU SEPERATE FOR THE SHIPPING. Our site does not calculate FEDEX shipping which is the reason for this. 

Live arrival guarantee: Included with UPS NEXT DAY AIR & USPS Priority Express only. 

All of our orders are packed with love, we include ice packs and ship in insulated boxes clearly marked "LIVE FISH" (although axolotls aren't fish, they are aquatic so this gives the carrier the info they need on what is inside).    

During the summer we may halt shipping for some time due to temps or may only offer Overnight shipping as an option. 

Axolotls need to be fasted for 3-5 days prior to shipping so please allow us that time before we ship.  We ship on Tuesdays only.

Local Pickup Information

We are located in South East Colorado Springs, CO near Ft Carson

We do offer local pickup, to choose this option simply select 'local pickup' at checkout.

We will reach out to you by EMAIL at our earliest convenience via email after your order is placed  to arrange a pickup time.  Please understand that we work full time and pickup times are limited. 

We ONLY do pickups on Sundays. Orders must be picked up within 14 days of the order being placed or additional fees will apply.
