• SHIPPING:  LIVE ANIMALS ARE SHIPPED TUESDAY ONLY; EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS.
• Local Pickup:  We will reach out to you at our earliest convenience via email after your order is placed  to arrange a pickup time. PLEASE DO NOT MESSAGE US IN THE FIRST 24 hours asking for this email, we  will get to you as soon as well can Within 24-48 hours.  We only do pickups on Sundays.  Your order must be picked up within 14 days of it being places or additional fees will apply. 
• Please review all care information on our site prior to purchasing if this is your first axolotl. You must have a cycled tank,  do not place your axolotl in an uncycled tank!
• If your tank is not cycled, please refer to our ‘Axolotl Care’ section and review the ‘tubbing’ information on how to safely house your axolotl until your tank is cycled.  We do not offer holds while your tank cycles.
