• SHIPPING:  LIVE ANIMALS ARE SHIPPED TUESDAY ONLY; EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS.
• Live arrival guarantee: Included with UPS NEXT DAY AIR or USPS PRIORITY ONLY.
•  WE WILL NOT EVER SHIP WITH USPS TO ANYONE OUTSIDE OF COLORADO! If you select this option and you are out of state you will be invoiced for the difference to upgrade you to the closest option with UPS and also a invoice fee.  
• Local Pickup:  We will reach out to you at our earliest convenience via email after your order is placed  to arrange a pickup time.  We will typically conduct pickups On Sundays.  Your order must be picked up within  14 days of it being places or additional fees will apply. 
• Please review all care information on our site prior to purchasing if this is your first axolotl. You must have a cycled tank,  do not place your axolotl in an uncycled tank.  
• If your tank is not cycled, please refer to our ‘Axolotl Care’ section and review the ‘tubbing’ information on how to safely house your axolotl until your tank is cycled.  We do not offer holds while your tank cycles.
