shipping & local pickup

WE NOW SHIP WITH UPS!!

We currently ship with UPS and USPS,  if you would like your order shipped via FedEx we are happy to accommodate.  Please keep in mind that you will be asked to pay the difference in shipping fee.. Simply enclose a note with your order specifying this request and we will reach out to you to arrange it.  

REMEMBER!!!!  If  you do not select USPS Priority Express or UPS Overnight, our Live Arrival Guarantee is null and void.  The safest option is always Express/Overnight, but we allow for priority as well as a option.

All of our orders are packed with love, we include ice packs and ship in insulated boxes clearly marked "LIVE FISH" (although axolotls aren't fish, they are aquatic so this gives the carrier the info they need on what is inside).    

During the summer we may halt shipping for some time or may require you to only have Express/Overnight as an option. 

Axolotls need to be fasted for 3-5 days prior to shipping so please allow us that time before we ship.  We ship on Mondays and  Tuesdays only.

Local Pickup Information

We are located in Northwest Colorado Springs, CO 

We do offer local pickup, to choose this option simply select 'local pickup' at checkout.

We will reach out to you via email after we receive the order, typically within 8 hours or less with the times we have available for pickup over the next week.

Please keep in mind this is a small home based business and we do have full time jobs and pickup times may vary.
