• SHIPPING:  LIVE ANIMALS ARE SHIPPED ON MONDAY AND TUESDAY ONLY; EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS.
• Please keep in mind that baby/juveniles need to be fasted for 3 full days & adults for 5 full days prior to shipping. 
• Live arrival guarantee: Included with UPS NEXT DAY AIR ONLY.
• Local Pickup:  We will reach out to you at our earliest convenience via email after your order is placed  to arrange a pickup time.  We typically do pickups on weekends between 3pm - 5pm , however this is subject to change. 
• Please review all care information on our site prior to purchasing if this is your first axolotl. You must have a cycled tank,  do not place your axolotl in an uncycled tank.  
• If your tank is not cycled, please refer to our ‘Axolotl Care’ section and review the ‘tubbing’ information on how to safely house your axolotl until your tank is cycled.  We do not offer holds while your tank cycles.
